Went into the music store today and played around with a affinity in shell pink. It looks like a sissy la- la but with a few changes this could really look sharp. Its almost like a pastel coral. Wife said NO!

Shell pink is BOSS.

Best when paired with mint pickguard. Asbolutely killer look. If i was in the market for a strat i would look for a shell pink one.

The biggest gear regret of my life was letting go of my '89 strat plus in shell pink. Maybe not buying a shell pink strat will be yours. I don't think I'll ever forgive myself.

I remember wearing a pink Izod Polo shirt back in the '80s (that's 1980s). It's not the color of the shirt (or guitar in this case), it's the person.

Nobody gave me any **** for wearing pink.

I've had a couple of pink guitars.

Got nothing but compliments all round.

Shouldnt generalise, but ladies love to see a man with a pink guitar, and will come tell you ;)

I hate to admit it but ISquier is right. I recently showed some pics of my guitars at work and most of the compliments went to my pink beater. I thought for sure most of the guys would like my PRS SE or the Squier, but no.

I guess it's because pink is so limited in numbers so it kind of catches the eye and FWIW all of the girls preferred the pink one.

Here is a gratuitous pic of the bunch.

Nothing sissy about pink - my 'little girl guitar' as Mrs B described it when I bought it. With overwound pups in it it sounds anything but cute!

Hey Mr. Bob, is this a shell pink Affinity? I have a Bullet Strat in pink that's a lot more bubble gum pink..a bit too pink for my tastes. Your photo here looks good though, the pink is creamier.

I like shell pink, coral, and burgundy mist!
New affinities look nice!

Me too! Been gassing for a Shell Pink Stratocaster for a while now and I just might have to pick up an Affinity to see if it does the job. This Fender AVRI '56 is the one that's been torturing me.
