I have a trick coin which has no Heads and no Tails, both faces are embellished with a Fat Guys Belly Button.
The trick is that is doesn't matter where in the world you are, flip it and it always lands on it's edge.

At some point realistic expectations outweigh personal desires. If we cannot create good music for people to enjoy, it's time to stop. Then get together for jams just to have fun.

We all plan on evaluating the enjoyment, the music, and our health, on whether to call it quits in December. It's actually a coin flip at this point

We used to do b2b at least twice a month and every Sat at least. We've been down to one show a month for quite a while with an occasional 2nd.

One club that hadn't called since last year gave us several dates.

One other is also calling, we took a cut just to play but still more than they normally pay (very small club).

This one (Fri night) hasn't called in 3 years. They made some excuse about losing track of us. I have a different opinion that I won't express here.

Sat is our regular venue. They'd book us once a month through 2026 if we'd let them.

survived another one! it was rough. we played some clunkers but overall good. for myself, I actually got my microphone loud enough for everyone to hear. Since I do the sound check I don't get to her myself out front
