I like the flip. Works better for me, and I've done it to my BSB CV 50's. If it was done correctly, the bridge pup will be selected with the switch aft, neck if it's forward (assuming it's got a stock selector), and volume should be the forward pot. I had to extend some wires to accomplish the flip correctly:

I saw one of these used at GC last year for $235, and it was pretty cool. It was out of town, and I thought, "Oh, I'll just think it over a bit." Yeah, well it was gone in short order.

So $200 for one with a few dings in the back looks pretty sweet!

Great deal,, white ones are harder to find than the butterscotch.. In fact I'm a hold out for a deal on a white one.. Really need to keep my eye out for one..
In fact They have a white custom too with black binding,, [drool]... that's real rare..

I offered 260, he wasn't budging once he went on ebay and saw some sold for 350

So I popped it open to check, i'm still pretty new at messing with the electronics but from what i'm seeing it doesn't look like he flipped the switch correctly? Looks like when the switch is in the bridge position it will actually be the neck pick up?

They really annoyed me at first, but I think they're growing on me.

Get out your screwdriver. 2 screws on that switch. Flip it back the other way if you've got enough wire length. Put the screws back in. Done.

If the modder didn't reverse the switch himself, it's likely he didn't have enough slack to do it. If so, soldering extensions in the wiring will be required. Pretty sure mine required considerable soldering to do the mod properly, both to swap the pots and flip the switch.

Good deal!! New Telecaster Days are my personal favorites.
I flip my controls also. When I get goin, I tend to switch the switch, while strumming.

Yeah, $200 is a good deal for a used CV50's Vintage Blonde Tele nowadays - even with a few battle scars.

(I got mine brand new back in 2010 at a GC Easter sale for $279.99 - Oddly enough, eight years ago to the day!)

But, obviously they've gone up since then..
