I double checked with him, I got the venue wrong haha - I’m going to TLA, not the electric factory. I think I’ve been to the electric factory before actually.

I’ve heard it gets stuffy with large crowds. I think we’ll be good (Thrice is a fairly popular band but I don’t think they’ve sold the place out yet) but I’ve heard from multiple people that it gets pretty tight fairly quickly.

Whenever we come home from a birds game we always go to this place Lorenzo’s, they have giant slices of pizza and they’re pretty great, maybe you’ve been there.
Dobbs is directly across the street, it wasn’t till my second or third time at Lorenzo’s that my dad told me Nirvana played there.
I think they’re closed now, which is a shame. I hear it was a little sketchy business wise. I rewatch that concert on occasion, wish I could’ve been there haha.

Took it apart to clean it.
Little bit of paint chipped off around the neck pocket, oops! but worth it.
Discovered on Aug 1st 2025, its an Aug 1997 build.
28 years old.
disassembled, cleaned, then polished it up....
fixed the 3 way switch that was wobbly etc.

When I set it up I was surprised my notched straight edge (to measure relief) for 24.75" didn't fit, but the 25.5" was a match.
online says 24.75" but I swear its 25.5"! even measured it.
I havent really gotten to play it yet since taking ownership. Finished up too late last night to make noise.
Its too early now, but soooooon...
(It played great when i tested it before buying.)

Magnificent axe my friend - surf green matching headstock ANYthing, aged by the tides of time, just delicious to me. The funkiest of shapes to wear this colorway, to boot!!
Great addition to your collection as well. Not official Courtney signature model - so cool. The story of how the Venus came to be however, in my readings, not so cool to the original designers and very Courtney Love lol!
They seldom ever appear in the wild and I'm far from being able to afford one, but the 12 string version of your exact guitar with its Fujigen pedigree will one day be my all time go-to 12er.
