I had one of my Yamaha's (SGV-300) up for sale that had a swapped out pup and was dented and that no one was biting at, so... I didn't have much in to it either...
I was in a Vintage Guitar shop today and saw a 04 G&L Legacy hanging there, it was NOS, still had the film on it. Minty minty fresh she is.
I mean it's not a USA but this baby is tight. Better than my MIM Strats, well a few of them anyways..

USA pup's and hardware, treble/bass cutout, HSS configuration.

Anyone else have one or play one?

Never heard anything bad a bout the G&L legacy..looks like you came out on top here..Great looking guitar, congratz L.A..HNGD to ya..:D

Well it seems they kind of fall like this, low to high;
Indonesian
Korean
U.S.A.
This one needed a little tweaking and the Rosewood need a drink. :)

Those G&L's are so cool. I love the tremolos on them, you did good man!

I totaly agree, one day I will get a USA one. The Trem's are sweet!

Wow! awesome score for sure!

Thank you sir, sort of hated loosing the SGV but it wasn't in "Collectors" condition,, so..

HNGD LA!

I almost bit on a used one at GC last summer ($250... Only thing wrong was a worn pickguard and missing strings, it was black/Maple/white guard).

I've played their models with the MFD pups, but actually prefer the more traditionally voiced pups on these models.
