The overall fit and finish feel very cheap to me.
I much prefer the 200 model,
although I like the sound cone for cosmetic reasons, and I also appreciate the belly cut.
The neck feels like an old piece of unfinished lumber.
The wood (again, purely cosmetic) has got some serious Scraps on the floor/ driftwood vibe.
They no longer have the painted faux binding (Update: it is there but in black, so it is virtually invisible), but it does have the battery door on the back.
For a whopping $10.00 more, I was not expecting any deluxe appointments, which makes me wonder why they even have two versions.
Oh well, I have all weekend to ponder its fate, but likely I will return it and keep the 200.
It's not a rock, more like a pebble. It actually plays and sounds fine, and the cosmetic issues are quite minor, but I still think they could have been a bit more discerning in the choice of wood for the neck. I have become spoiled by the quality of budget guitars, and it shows in my superficial complaints.
