I know i've asked for help but i really can't find a diagram on google.
I'm working on a guitar for the lead guitarist in my band.
It's got two humbuckers with two wires from each (not 4) and 1 volume, 1 tone and a 3-way blade/strat type selector switch.
    Someone please help!

for the humbuckers ignore the extra wires. black goes to ground, the other goes to either the pot or switch depending on the schematic.

Thanks dude! But the blade switch i have isn't like any of those, it's 8 lugs in line, so which way would i wire that?

Stratshift, i followed that diagram intently. Only one of the switch positions work, and its the middle. But only the bridge pickup works :s

do you have an ohmmeter? if so check the switch and write down which connects to what in the 3 positions. Usually but not always, the active pin is opposite to the position of the blade
eg switch blade to the back, active pin at the front
in any case your switch probably has a different configuration from the one in that diagram. It sounds like you may have the switch shown above as Import. That one shows the common output to the volume control at the center pins (which you would connect together)
If you have 8 pins on a 3 way switch you'll probably need to bridge some of them. This may help
