I was going to smoke a bird but I just got done work and going back in tonite. Maybe sat or sun Ill do it up. I usually cook them breast side down and stuffed with rough chopped onion and carrots usually. Stays nice n moist that way.
Yes I've grilled my turkey for maybe 12 years or so, on an old Weber gas grill. I upgraded to a new bigger Weber gas grill during the first lock-down, so itching to try it out on a brined bird.
FWIW I started grilling our turkey because we really needed the oven space. I think one year after the bird was done I even used the grill to do a pie.
