Nice guitar !!I had one of those for a minute. Really nice neck - felt very “American.” Pickups were nice and hot.
Sadly it was really beat up and abused. Really sad to see these beautiful squire baby’s rode hard and put away wet.
Previous doufus stripped the truss rod nut. I learned a valuable lesson to inspect this when I buy now.

You bought the guitar or the brass tremolo block in Germany? Is the brass block going to be installed or it it already installed? 🤨

I had that exact same guitar, in the same finish. It was very bright sounding, which surprised me, because those overwound DD SC101 pickups aren't bright enough for my taste in some other guitars.

This is my newest Squier, a '22 Affinity. I installed Alnico V humbuckers and coil split them with mini toggles. Sounds great, and the two-point tremolo holds tune but is sensitive and precise to the slightest input. I like the split shaft tuners on a Jazz bass, not so much on a Strat.
