OK, ya gotta understand tis is a concept mock-up, and I'm really new to this and might not be able to pull it off. You also need to understand how this gets lasered, wht materials can be used and what it looks like.

It would look cool on a light coloured wood.Full face like my tattoo about 2 inches, same position as your original post ,on a regular Tele guard.

Easiest would be what you want, 3mm birch plywood (quality, not Home Depot). That's what I used for the custom First Act 222 ME4042 P90 mod I did.

Cool. I will proceed with development. Note: this is NOT gonna be a 24 hour turnaround, and never never ever hesitate to rattle my cage. It's not easy being me, and sometimes the squirrel forgets why he's running on the wheel...

I gotta know how much the S&H would cost before we shake hands.plus parts and labour.and also how payment would be done ,I’ve only ordered stuff from Amazon.

"I gotta know how much the S&H would cost before we shake hands,
Holy crap, even flat rate USPS is stupid, almost $30. My gut reaction is, are you close to the border and know anyone in the US? I could ship to them for $7.40 and you could take a nice Sunday drive.

    plus parts and labour
This is a bad area for me. I have no idea how to price things. If guards go for $12-15-ish on Amazon, do you have an idea of what you'd be willing to pay for a custom piece like this?

and also how payment would be done ,I’ve only ordered stuff from Amazon."
Do you have a PayPal account? You can send money thru PayPal...

I’m not far from the border.but I’m on the other side of the country,I don’t know anybody in the U.S. plus the border is closed.I don’t have pay pal but I would pay at least $30,$35 depending on how long it takes maybe a bit more.Things get complicated sometimes.

Another way might be to find a MakerSpace near you with a laser and see if someone would burn it for you for $10.
    I'd send you the file...

And one more thing... Don't even begin to worry about me producing this and you changing your mind. I run test pieces all the time. I'd put it on one of mine...
