Anyone come across these, or get a chance to play one/buy one? I've been intrigued for a long time.

They're sold by a place in California called JRR Shop. From what I gather, here's the deal:

Base model is $600 (some are $500, B-Stock or whatever) and that gets you: MIM Fender Jazzmaster neck, some kind of African Mahogany body, generic Alnico-5 P-90s.

For an extra $100-200, you can get a model with a Warmoth roasted maple neck and Seymour Duncan PUP's. And for around a grand I think you can get a Warmoth body as well.

Gotta say, I think they look pretty nice. Have some nice woodgrain finish options available, too. Here's a cherry burst.
