The neat thing about going to your place is that no matter where we start the trip, we just have to go due north until we arrive.

(edit: His location used to say "North Pole") :)

Sounds awesome, we often slow cook a pork roast and make pork taco's using corn tortilla's and fresh homemade Pico De Gallo, nothin finer..

Slow cooker roast is great this time of year because you avoid heating up the kitchen

  8. I can't find my slow cooker. Must've sold it at one of our garage sales I guess. Come Fall, I'll have to buy another one.
Looks great Ryan! ;) Cheers, Barrie.

Looks great so far! I just purchased a slow cooker, a little 4 qt. that's enough for the wife and I; would love a simple yet tried and true recipe to get things started!

Many slow cooker recipes can be done with a Dutch oven inside the regular oven.

Don't hear anything from him these days. You out there brother?

The best thing about using a slow cooker is when you open the front door after a long, hard day at work and...

Sorry, I just drooled on my 'phone.

They can also be done with a dutch oven buried in coals in the ground.
