I built an Esquire and bought a Gibson Les Paul Junior. However, I've done a lot of soul searching lately and compared my single pickup guitars to their two pickup versions and come to the conclusion that they are too similar for me to justify keeping: For example I recorded some noodling on each and then later on couldn't work out which was which (bridge pickup on a Tele vs Esquire and same for Les Paul 60s Tribute and my Junior).

They are cool though and have a certain attitude of 'stuff you I don't need more than one pickup'.

It just happens that both of mine have really chunky necks, which I've found I enjoy the change from the slimmer necks some of my guitars have, so I'm keeping the Esquire and converting it to a Tele, then selling my slimmer necked MIM Telecaster (since it'll be a much easier sell than a Partscaster too).

Nice Delonge. Wondered if I'd find one in here. :)

Now I don't have to post a pic of mine... :D

Okay, I'll post it anyway. :)

[IMG]'02 Squier Delonge, my "beater" guitar. The stock tuners literally broke in pieces under normal use, a set of Gotoh tuners fixed that. It's always in tune.

I thought the Duncan Designed Detonator tended to get muddy quickly, and lacked some articulation. One GFS Vintage Split later, balanced and clear, no more mud.
Really shines with a bit of overdrive.

This guitar really surprised me its a goodwill find which i got dirt cheap like 50 with shipping. Its a Fullerton... The body is ply... but someone put an aftermarket humbucker in it... somebody loved and babied this guitar...My though was it would make a nice platform for a bullet neck and a super hot jackson humbucker i have.....

The paint job is very thick, nice and glossy and only a few very minor dings on the back... The real win is the neck... its just as good as a squire... The F script logo feels different than other Asian Fullerton's, I've played perhaps this is different run from the factory so they changed up the logo???... It did not requires any fret work only a slight truss adjustment... I am going to put a fancy blue pearloid pickguard on it to jazz it up... It plays great through the Marshall reverb 1/2 i have... one pickup guitars are great... i have several... this is my newest find...I would really like to find more info on this run with this logo... i have read all the other published stuff on aria and g&l... but i don't think this is either of those..

Not a Squier, but this is the one that inspired the Gold Foil Strat ... picked this up two weeks ago in a pawn shop for $69.28 out-the-door. Some intensive cleaning, new strings and a setup 010D976F-5D49-4FA7-8FD3-E60778F22252.jpeg 679E405D-6C5C-497F-A4D2-D113D9852C18.jpeg was all she needed.

I love this guitar.... I don't know what kind of wood it is but it's heavy...Washburn's don't get enough love they can be very good players... I wanted a g-force when they came out in the 80's but i bought the BC assassin(axe#1) instead. So when this came around on ebay i jumped on it.... the stock bridge was in pieces, My guitar tech installed a new floyd, this was a little out of my ability... The stock lockers work well so they were not changed... EMG=OMG.... this is one rockin' guitar... classic and deadly... Then i found a washburn vintage case for her...
