I never realized that I have several single pickup guitars. All simple and fun players, for sure, but I just look at them as "guitars". In Rhett Shull's video, he's talking more presence, higher sustain, magnetic field vs fields interfering with each other............who bleepin' knew? If you're packing a single pickup guitar, post it up and tell us what you think.
I’ve never been into one trick ponies but I have heard of this and it does make sense.Yours second from the right looks interesting though
John Travolta This now has a P-90 in it... Plywood body, 1.25" thick, custom leather pickguard and headstock, P-90 pup. A build of mine. I have zero experience with other guitars, but IMHO, this thing kicks some serious arse.
Only one guitar, but I do have a few one-pup Basses. The Supro White Holiday looks like it only has one pup, but it also has a piezo in the bridge...
I only have one I think. It’s also my only First Act. Extremely fun guitar. I don’t know if it has to do with only having one pickup, but it sounds awesome.
Wow, how did you ever find that many single pickup guitars? I don’t seem to see them very often. Or maybe I’m not looking good enough! LOL. Nice collection!
Guinness Book just called, they're keeping the count. That reminds me, I think I'll have another Guinness.
Hahahahahaha... that’s exactly what popped into my head when I read this thread... The second thought was: I’d have to check all my cases to be sure.
