    Pass looks so damaged.
Will need new caps , new resistors, new tubes, transformers etc.
Finally the only original thing will be a horrible cabinet , a unknown condition speaker and chassis.
You can build your own from a kit.

Way to little info on what has been done to the electronic guts on this poor thing. He needs to call Joe B and see if he needs a project!

Yep, I wouldn't touch it. Looking at sold ones on Ebay, the last '59 in much better shape went for $970. And, as @Jmv668 pointed out, you can get reisssues from several different builders for far less. Even the hardwired Fender reissue is only $1000

There's a Chinese seller on Ebay selling a Tweed Champ style amp with hand wired tagboard, not PCB construction, for $399. It's not a perfect clone, because they've added a tone control. At that price, even if it has a poor speaker that needs replacing, it seems a good deal. But, there's no master, so I couldn't use it, 'cause I'd have to turn it up too loud to get any grind out of it. And, if my dirt is coming from op-amps, either in pedals or SS/modeling amps, the cost of a tube amp isn't worth it to me.
