Silvertone 1423 Jupiter
There are serious (and seriously "fine") guitars. And there are others that are simply fun.
My guitar for today -- A Danelectro DC-59 -- is definitely among the later. Fun, fun, fun!
This is one of the now themselves getting collectable "original" reissues. It dates from 1998. It is as close to the original New Jersey made guitars as you can find.
1967 Silvertone Model 1451
My one and only Fender. Just a classic guitar!
My 91 is quite changed since I bought it. But yep! Still plays great! just tried a set of 11 flatwounds on it. I'll keep them until they go bad because of the cost and the tone.. quite different and really nice cleans and good for fingerpicking.
I no longer have any actual fenders. But I have three strats and a tele I built myself. This is my fave strat guitar. fender pups, at least. Shown with the amp I built for it.
1996 Japanese Squier vista series jagmaster
Squier ProTone Tele
One of my "budget Favs
2017 Bullet Telecaster.
I am loving all these nice guitars. I am down to only three guitars now. Two Strats and a Duo Sonic. Took some pics yesterday for Straturday.
Squier J mascis body with Fender modern player Jazzmaster neck.
Some 51's, I liked the blonde with the white pickguard but switched it back to the black one when I sold the black a while ago. The blonde now has the CV neck and the burst has the original 51 neck.
Thank you, Don... As always we can count on you for absolutely GORGEOUS pictures!
Crikey!!! How much does it take to load that gigantic pipe that you keep next to your chair?!?
