Heard a regional “smaller chain” store was having a sale today. End of the fiscal year blah blah blah. Many of the guitars for 40-75% off list price. I thought I might try to snag a CV offset guitar (didn’t care which one!) if I found one on sale. Nothing there that fit the bill but I walked away with this instead for $200. It’s my most… unique… looking guitar… but I enjoyed playing it this afternoon! It’ll either be a keeper or help fund my next purchase. 😂

I'm not familiar with that model. I bought a Guild Spel with the same offset design used for $80 locally.. It had the two controls, like yours, but had two ceramic humbuckers. I know there was a more advanced model that had two alnico humbuckers ... but it had two pairs of controls. I didn't know there was a version with P-90s and the Spels, as far as I know, came in only black, sunburst and the rarer green that I owned.

That sorta looks like it was trying to emulate a SG but the luthier spent a bit TOO much time with the grinder. And the pickguard man had a bad cut day.

However, if yer happy with the purchase whom am I to complain? HNGD!
