    Thanks for all the kind words.

    Makes sense. I haven't played a Squier JM Jm, but by the looks of them, they appear very similar. I do want a Jay Mascis also, so maybe I'll have to snag one of those for a side-by-side comparo. ;)

    Spent about three hours playing 'er last night. Still no complaints. Again, I'm really curious to see what others say about the neck on this model. I'm wondering if I just got lucky or they're all this good. If they are, even the $400 asking price is reasonable in my book, not that we'd pay it but....

    Thanks for sharing! I've had my eye on one of the white with black pu's models since they were announced. Sounds like I should pull the trigger. I love my Jazzmaster and my Tele, so why not?

    The one I've played sounded more P90-ish than Jazzmaster-y - but not really either. I would not be surprised if they are the same pickups as in the J Mascis model.
