    The Creamback sounds like a great speaker- I've currently got a V-Type I swapped into my DSL40C and like it enough that I've been too cheap to try the pricier speaker

    Glad you found a tube amp that makes you happy. But, can you turn it down a little? I can hear you from my house.

    Yeah, you might be able to! I had it outside in the shop last night and cranked it up. It’s LOUD!!!

    You mess with the power setting, yet? 20 watts will still be loud, but some nice sounds come out of the lower watt setting. Congrats and enjoy.

    Yeah, I did. It’s still plenty loud at half power. But surprisingly, both channels sounded great at lower volumes. Not really bedroom levels I guess, but definitely quiet enough to play in my basement during the daytime. Looking forward to spending some time with it this weekend.
