Just finish B&H Cab with a 1963 Kalamazoo tube amp Celestion speaker this thing looks and sounds good, JP Corn is test playing the amp .... I think he likes it.... hope you guys like it too
Love it! I've always liked those B&H cabinets. Which Celestion was used? How about some pics of the back side and amp chassis? Which model Kalamazoo has that reverb unit? Tres cool!
A 1963 Kalamazoo Bass 30 and a Celestion GP-12. corn kept the amp to play some more will ask him to post some pics thanks
I will post some pictures of it later, it’s a pretty cool retro looking thing, I hope Mrs. corn likes the look of it , then I can just leave it in the living room it would probably be a good conversation piece and a good sounding tube amp too. I guess these amps were originally 210 inch speakers, meant for bass, some OK reviews on it and a lot of kind of crappy reviews, I think it sounds killer with a 112 speaker
Hey Bud what you mean to leave it at your living room ??? This one’s going to be tough to pry out of my hands
This got me thinking- Are there any Finnish amps? I know that Genelec and Amphion, two well known speaker companies, are based in Finland, but what about guitar amps?
@DougMen. Look's like theese might be Finnish: https://www.mpamp.com http://www.bluetone.fi/ http://www.fyramps.com/
Thanks. I'm quite familiar with Mad Professor pedals, but I didn't know they made amps too. I hadn't heard of the other two, but FYR amps has a link to Ruokangas guitars from Finland. Now I'm curious about any other guitar, amp, pedal, or audio companies in your part of Europe.
