    I took one look at the number of ingredients and new you were a Master Chef Winner. I cook the same way as I choose guitar songs, 3 chords max same for ingredients. :):):)

    i used to make a mean chipolte cream sauce.cream so expensive tho.at least the pasta was pennes .

    One of my stepsons took what was called home economics, back then, because he liked to cook. The class was quite beneficial for him.

    Damn, that looks good @Guitarmageddon: chicken and mushrooms in an Alfredo, or at least a cheese-laden cream sauce. I hope everyone ate too much of it.

    I've had an identical OXO pepper mill for several years. It's fantastic! Easy to hold and use, keeps it's setting and doesn't drift, doesn't fall apart, and easily washable using a toothbruch for the inside.
