My terrible soldering skills have gotten much better.
Is it thin or chunky? Round or flat? Any Fender/Squier neck you could compare it to?
Great looking build!!
Very nice build. I'm a sucker for those Domed Chrome Knobs!!!!
Fret wiring is medium , neck isn't chunky, it's normal fender style neck.
Not yet, i didn't mount, I been doing a lot of fishing. Maybe Tonite I'll mount it.
Possum, here's some new friends..............keep that beautiful tele, Bro.
Those nomoonlaser bodies are nice.
Lol. That's great.
Yes, Also TauroWoodworks and Tonebomb on eBay, also.
Very nice work.I like the color too.
The Kmise tele necks seem to be first class.
I bought one from Amazon in "tiger maple" and had about the same price as yours.
Frets and the shiny lacquer are optimal. It fit in my thinline body perfectly.
Awesome looking body. I am a newbie who would like to learn, so excuse any dumb questions. What king of products did you use for the finish and how were they applied?
Second question: did you do the top and sides, wait for it to dry and flip it over to do the back? Or is their a way to hang the guitar so you can do the whole body at once. If sprayed I am guessing you hung the guitar somehow.
Thanks and again, great work!
Thanks, This body actually came finished already. However If you want to refinish it yourself, go on YouTube and search guitar body finish Angellus dye, I highly recommend dying it.
It dries real quick, you can then put 8 individual coats of tru oil finish on it, which also dries quickly upon each coat.
If you want to hang it to dry, it's easy. Put a coat hanger thru one of the neck holes and hang it.
One of my finishes with Turquoise Angellus Dye and 8 individual coats of Tru Oil.
That turquoise blue is just gorgeous! Love it, love it.
Almost finished it today. Needs a truss rod adjustment and fresh headstock decal.
Man, that’s a beaut!
angrypossum, so is your Thinline!
Thank you my friend.
The headstock decal was done today as well as the intonation. It went well. May need to shim the neck, action is a little high.
