Until parts prove themselves as deficient, the only thing I see are really in the pickguard for preference.

1. Strat Single coils replaced with P90's, might even use Epiphone/Gibson P90's.
2, Replace the 2 switches Off/On style with a single Epiphone/Gibson toggle or 3 way style Telecaster switch.
3. Replace plastic control area with a chromed steel Squier/Fender Mustang plate.
P90s nice idea

I like the Pickguard set-up and can pull it all up when removed. My Mustang (Red) has the Plate, so I put in some Snap Connectors to unhook Wires easier. Plus every time I changed PG, I would get a little Gap between. I am looking at DuoSonic PG's right now! :D

WAH!!!!!!!!! I had one w/o the Bigsby. I gave my Grand Daughter a pick of 7 Guitars and she took my LP Special with P-90's. Must like Red too! I put a one-piece Bound and Blocked Mahogany Neck in it. Guy I bought it from (Loaded Body only) received it with some "Neck Dive" as in being tossed by Shipper. Looked like a few of Eddies! He asked if I wanted to buy Neck! "Nah"! I got busy and now my Avitar is my P-90 Guitar!

I played Ivy for a couple of hours. Not liking the Bridge and can't seem to get Trem to go up a Step (2 Frets) like say B to C#, like I can do with my Palm B-Bender? Bridge looks cheap and some of the Strings are resting on back piece of Bridge, some off. It has a "Wicked" Radius also. Easy Fix! I use 10's in my Tele's but 11's going on Ivy and I will need to mess with Nut Slots. Shorter Scale needs more Tension. I actually have some 11's that were going on Red, so now going on Ivy. :D

The P90's I have are the Epiphone ceramics. The Neck DCR measures, Neck 8.2K & Bridge is 9.2K. The Telecasters that I have are Monoprice ceramic Tele single coils, they're pretty close Neck is 7.2K & Bridge 6.6K but reversed for DCR measure. I string the Epiphone with Gibson Les Paul 10-46 Pure Nickel Wound strings with the silk at the ball ends. They were on sale and I grabbed them for $ 6.99 each, the last 3 packages the music store had.

When we were looking at Ivy my Wife said "what color"? I said Vintage White maybe Vanilla? When we saw it out of box it was quite Yellow. So she named it Yanilla! 🤣

Congrats to all the new owners. I've had mine for just about a year and I'm a big fan. I stuck 11-52s on it, and the only issue I ran into so far is that the nut slid out when I took the factory strings. Nothing a little dot of wood glue didn't fix.

Here it is with its fellow 24" scales.

@2k5Bullet, I doubt that those are ceramics. There was a debate on the Epi Forum awhile back and one of the members contacted Epi and was told that Epi has never made or used ceramic P-90’s. He was told that there had never been a part number for Epi ceramic P-90’s.
