Just getting a few set up from some afternoon noodling and had a thought...is this called arm candy?
That lake placid blue strat looks nice, what is it?
It’s my Squier CV 60’s. My number 1 go to!
Seriously thinking of grabbing a CV 50’s Tele or a vintera 50’s next year but I’d like to play them both side by side to decide.
Both those guitars are nice! I love my bullet Tele!
That mint green color reminds me of the after dinner mints you'd see in a candy bowl at the Chinese restaurant 35 years ago. So ya, arm candy.
I had a 50's Vintera Strat and I almost never picked it up after I bought my CV 50's Strat. I also had a CV 50's Tele that I was forced to sell due to circumstance. It had a set of CS Texas Specials in it and I haven't had a better guitar in my hands since. It was a MiC, pine-bodied model, and I miss it every day. The Texas Specials played a part in how good it was, but overall it just felt "right" in my hands. Do with that what you will lol.
I also have a Sheraton pro. But these Squires are what I play the most.
Hmm, don't have a blue metallic, and that one looks FANTASTIC! Mebbe will look into getting one of those! Squier CV 60s, thanks for the model id!
I'm personally not a big fan of pastel colors, but that blue metallic Strat certes is a nice EYE candy!
And what's really cool is that it actually resembles Lake Placid Blue, unlike my Bullet Tele
