You must have a lot of cash building up in the jar by now. Closing in on Explorer $$$ yet, @Eddie?
I'm actually going the opposite direction.
Today: 1) ordered the Martin, 2) gonna pick up the Daisy Rock, 3) gonna snag a cheapo Affy after the Daisy Rock.
I can't help myself !!!!
These are pretty nice guitars.
Saw 1 yesterday... $900, I believe it was in Vermont
My daughter rockin' the Daisy Rock. 2 hour round trip. Weekday trips to Brooklyn aren't very fun.
That big smile on her face has got to make it all worthwhile. I know it makes me smile.
Why don't you get the poor little girl a strap, Bob?
I guess I've told you guys why my girls call me Bob?
It started out as Ba-Ba, then Ba-Bee, then Hey Bob, and now finally Bob.
Money well spent! It looks good on her!
How does it play?
These are nice guitars made for small hands / younger people - I've flipped a few - top notch guitars.
Congrats @Eddie she looks pretty happy !
I don't know why I remember that. It was, like, April...maybe.
Money well spent @Eddie!
Congrats to your daughter.
Girl happy,Daddy happy !
Great job and congrats Bob...
The Flower/Cloud, Heart shape and Butterfly models were going for well over $200 at some auctions I saw over last fall and this winter. 2 different color models for the Butterflies and Cloud. They're unique designs with Seymour Duncan designed PUPS. Some have a flat shaped white cover PUP that I'm not sure what they are. Some guitars had one PUP, and others 2. At least one model even had a lipstick in neck position. One Butterfly may have had 2 lipsticks. All were in really good to excellent condition. The ones with a branded gig bag or other swag sold highest. Long discontinued. Daisy Rock has a pretty inactive Facebook page. But they are there.
Very cool, glad she likes it!
