Spectacular Don . Very nice.
Tonight's full moon.
Great minds think alike, Barrie! I was doing the same thing last night. Here's the shot that I got:
Yesterday, 6 PM.
Tree-mendous photo Don!
Some animals at a local ranch....
and a sunset.
Time to let my bike ''rest'' (went to winter sleep in warm garage). Washed it whole day. My first riding season is behind
I thought you were gonna stick a picture of yourself in at the end for sure!
There are plenty of riders, current and former ones, here on Squier Talk.
I thought about riding back in the late 80's, but never did. Very nice looking.
"The Color of Your Choice!"
Lovely bike Finnish Swede!
Guzzis are rare around here. And although I myself tended towards lighter Italian bikes for use in 'the twisties,' I never have understood why.
Thank's. That is not expensive bike. I bought it on March as a used one but still like it a lot. That is main thing, right ? It is in very nice shape for being 2005 model, low km behind. It is much lighter than any Harley. Just bit over 170kg tank empty (note: 750 cm3 engine). Of course it is not any kind of fast bike, but V2 engine has torgue (low rpm). Light weight makes it still ''fast'' among of cruiser bikes (same size engines). Besides, I have no hurry. I always prefer ride small silent curve roads than any straight motorways. Still there is enough power to pass cars or trucks safely then needed. Very simple technique: air cooled, 5 gears, shalf drive (no dirty chains . Low seat.
Moto Guzzi is the oldest motorcycle company in Europe, just few years younger than Harley. Long history behind. Still you do not see those often here (I saw none last summer). More like it is rare mark (small producer and many bikes simply stays in Italy). It is not a copy of Harley either (like Japanese companies did/ tries to do). Italians do things always bit on their own ways. LOL. Incl. sound of bike.
Do you ever take time to stop and read roadside historical markers?
Simply because -- there had to be a first amputation?
Beautiful bike, I stick with 4 wheels...
Lotsa cool stuff being shown here! Hobbies and interests. Worthy of posting, all.
But if I may, can we please keep this thread focused on images, not on the cool things such might contain?
