Use coupon 2OT5 and save $6.

I'm also thinking about one of them, either the blue (or teal) or the natural.

Btw, there is a review and videos of one by ST member drewcp. He got the blue (or teal). And ST member surfgreen got the natural I think. And ST's jamesgpobog got the butterscotch one.

So members here got every finish model except for the red.

So maybe you could research their posts or they can add to yours.

I have wondered about the necks on those bass guitars.

One thing I did change (well, 2 actually) was the bridge, I do not like individual barrel saddles. Put on a compensated Wilkinson. Also, replaced the stock neck 'bucker for my favorite pup, GM '57 vintage alnico 2 chrome cover.

I have the Blue one. It's not a keeper for me, but I have plenty of other guitars.

I may do one or two more videos on it, and then move it along.

The neck pickup is very muddy. Both pickups are fairly microphonic. Mine was missing a chunk from the body side of the neck pocket, and came with lots of finish scratches.

This is getting to be a crowded market with Firefly, Grote, Bad Cat and others offering thinline tele types.

I think when the Bullet Mustang is on sale for $130 it's a much better guitar for not much more money. But it's not a Tele body.

I just GASSED OFF, took my chances and scored the Yellow Thinline a min ago. VRRRT. I used coupon code G5, and it saved me 5%. $114 total out the door. A no brainer. Even If the neck isn't up to par I can swap it out eventually or do a fret crowning polishing etc. I like the body itself. So to me it's a no brainer to have just this body for $114, as I can modify it down the road, and I probably will, pickups etc... A Thinline body can go for as much as $100 unto itself. So...
It's coming from wharehouse in US it says.
I'll advise when I receive it. I did like the natural one too. But the yellow one stole my heart away....

I see you live in NY too so I'm eager to find out how long it takes to get to you ... and of course your thoughts on the Glarry.

I signed up for emails from Glarry.

I said I had been interested in maybe possibly buying one ... but I just got back right now from my oil change (it took me seven months to drive 3,000 miles) and the mechanic said I need new brakes and four new tires. I imagine my car does, too. LOL. So I'm looking at at least $700-$750 which would be about six of these Glarry guitars. So I may have to pass.

Plus I just ordered a Orangewood acoustic for about $175 but I was toying with the idea of buying a used Martin for about $700 so that means I saved money so I can spend money ... oh, how we justify our spending choices.

DSCN4285.JPG I bought the burlywood a few months ago. It was shipped from NJ and arrived in a week. A small blem on the back lower bout as the boxing is lightweight. The guitar is a good value, parts swap out for modders. I did swap the humbucker for a GFS Wild Dog, a "raunchy" mini hb size pu that sounds good in a semi hollow body. Eventually, I'll get to the pots & nut. The neck needed a little fret end work and a neck adjustment. The "rosewood" fret board is a fib. The neck has a factory satin finish, 43 nut, and a has more "meat" than a Bullet tele.
