Got on the scale this morning and I'm in Onederland. 198.2lbs. It's been a LONG time since I've been there, certainly with a downward trend. I'm sure it's because I've been supporting the wife with her bariatric procedure.

Next goal, and it certainly is in reach, is 195, Hope it helps my Type 2 also.

Haha, just kidding, great work OP. I just got done losing 40 pounds over about 6 months and I look and feel better than I have just about ever in my life.

    Keep up the good work.

Your BMI of 25.4 is on the cusp of the ideal range for your height.

Losing and then maintaining a healthy weight are important choices for life, whether one has diabetes or not. Keep it up!

I know im on the other end of the spectrum, after a rough start to 2020 my mental health tanked and i wound up at 6ft 130lbs, so underweight i was getting back spasms through my trapezius that would cause me to collapse. I had to stop using my right arm completely for 2 weeks otherwise i was exasperating the spasms too 5 times a day.
Up 25lbs in the last 40 days, got another 25 to go to get to my goal weight. Strong enough now to do manual labor without side effects.

Big ups to getting healthier OP!
