congratulations thats a great looking axe hngd
Congrats! Isn't this the same mfr that made MIJ Fenders back in the day? A guy I knew back in the 80's had one with a very narrow neck.
Smokin ! ! A Hearty Congrats ! !
That will NEVER happen to you again ... one of the very few times I can use "never" and feel comfortable.
Holy crap man ... good on you! Cheers, Barrie.
Wow! Nice to see there are some great deals still out there.Congratulations.
Dang, and I thought I had made a good deal! Congrats, mate, and now I'm even more curious to take the pickguard off mine! Tomorrow it'll have to come out.
Wow, what a steal. Beautiful guitar...
Conga-rats on a great deal!
Good Lord lol. DEAL!! Now you can join those "what's the best deal you ever got" threads proudly.
Congrats . It's a beauty !
Well, she’s all cleaned, polished and set up with new 10’s. She sounds amazing, plays great and is very well built. The neck profile is middle of the road. Not as thin as my MIM but not as fat as my SE. Not crazy about the narrow nut and the tuners are kinda stiff. The radius is way different from anything I’ve played before. Looks to be 7.5”. Also not crazy about the black plastics with the burst but I’m going to keep her all stock.
Guy I grew up with lives in BMT (Central High grad). I keep telling him to hit CL and all those little pawn shops there....I10 east(La.) to west(Tx). Nice grab!
Yup ... It's 7¼" radius. Also looks as if the body contour (gut cut) may be aggressive like the early 70's Fender Stratocasters.
That and others, can be attributed to the Squier line of guitars being born.
You jammy bastich.
As we say around here...
Tokais were the reason Fender launched the Squiers in 1982. The quality was much better than anything Fender turned out after 1974 .
That's a great deal! Jealous I am.
AMEN ! ! I don't think I could live with the radius - but I'd like to play it ? for R & D purposes of course !
Very nice, congratulations to a sweet deal!
Certainly stole it at that price. Bonny looking instrument.
