I been getting SE pak's for 60 or less - almost always black sss lol
I want a white one to mod..
Eddie - grab a SE - the older the better - the heavier the better ! !
Like that old joke - I'll keep a eye out for you - I already have three whiteys - I been stealing these for 2 seasons - rarely white though ?
I rarely see the white ones around here.
What are the indicating marks of an SE?
No strings on this baby. I asked the seller to re-string. He won't. I offered $30 for the guitar with no strings. He said someone is coming to pick it up for full asking price this weekend.
Ummm ... ok. But I have a feeling the seller's going to be disappointed selling a guitar for almost full resale price without strings. Plenty of fully functional Affinity's on CL and OfferUp for $50-60.
The head stock will say Squier Strat, but does not say Affinity, Standard or anything else in the ball of the head stock.
Does the SE have a smaller head stock or is it the large 70's style head stock?
Here is an SE, definitely not a deal, guy might be making too many trips up to Durango.
Too funny. I thought asking $150 for a Starcaster was bad. $350 for a Squier SE? Yikes.
I think I'm gonna try that one day ... play utterly stupid. List the cheapest, most beat up guitar I can find, and try to sell it for $500.
North Bronx - Here is a hardtail Bullet I want, and can get for $50.00, but I just picked up a first reissue "Commie Red" '56 U2 Danelectro. My wife will have a fit if I get another guitar.
Might not be worth the argument - I haven't had any luck "keeping" a bullet strat - I want to try a tele bullet - none have come up local. for 50 though your not going to lose anything ?
Well, I have to rationalize this: $50 for another hardtail Bullet, (I already have one) or a set of Grovers for my new Epi LP Special I P90? I think I'll go for the Grovers.
And, yea Tele Bullets and Teles in general I notice always go for more than Squier Strats. I can't understand that because a Strat has more labor involved to make with the routing and trem parts.
