I didn’t like “new” music for years and thought it lacked creativity or was too derivative, then I heard Billie Eilish.

I saw that cover when it first came out, but owned the American version. IIRC, that was the daughter of someone in/associated with the band but I don't remember who.

You ever hear of/see a film called "Beware Of Mr. Baker"? Seems he was a very odd and extremely volatile person and sorta like Charlie Watts, considered himself more of a jazz/'world' drummer than a 'rock-n-roll drummer. His knowledge and abilities as a drummer were extensive.

I don’t read music but I remember the high school still letting me play in stage band and marching band. I first learned the basic 3/4 against 4/4 beat (there must be a proper name for this) from Baker and used this.

I like how he syncopated bass drums instead of the newer machine gun thing the speed metal players made more common among drummers.

Still the same James. Don't know why because I have it on my YouTube music?

I always liked the jazzier side of the British rock drummers, such as Ginger, Mitch Mitchell, and Bonham.

Back in the day, I was into Page coming in and the heavy riff. Now, I am all about the opening chill vibe, and it could go on forever . . .
