I wonder if I can get that $300 cover from Australia in time for Xmas?
How about this listing on Reverb from some shop run by Hippies. Their metaphysical mumbo jumbo in the description is hysterical. I figured they must be in Humboldt county, lol, but they're in Healdsburg, which is a little further south, in Son0ma county.
For only $2 shy of a million, you too can benefit from the healing powers of music, and with free shipping!
$999,998 that's a bit out of my league...
Possibly hippies, but tech bro price.
Did I see that two people have it in their cart?
No, just one now, I took it out of my Cart, cuz it was being sold as-described & I couldn't return it...
But, the fact that the strings run the entire length of the finger board, should account for something, I think...
Probably shills for the shop, lol Or maybe the two are new multi millionaires from their cannabis empire! It wasn't even owned by Jerry Garcia.
This one has me speechless. He goes on to explain all the "mods", but it's just a fugged-dup POS.
I love how he lists the problems.. and it basically seems like every part is a problem
I was about to buy it, but then I noticed it doesn't have any dots on the fretboard. It's hard to be sure, but it looks like it doesn't even have side dots on the neck. I know some guys can deal with that, but it really would be a deal breaker for me even if the price were reasonable.
This one is really funny. So stupid that it amazes me.
A guy nears me is selling his acoustic. He shows it out of the case and on the stand. Fair enough and it looks OK.
But then he says ... and I'm not making this up ... that the guitar and the case are new and are not used.
He doesn't say "like new" or "brand new" or any disclaimers at all. He is selling a used guitar and case and telling the world it's new. And he emphasizes that it is not a used guitar. I was going to email him but I thought why bother. I just should send him a dictionary. And maybe somebody to read it to him.
I should sell him my new car, which is not a used car although I've owned it for several years. It's completely a new car. It's not used. It's a new car.
Want so badly!
People do that all the time here. "Brand New condition. Only used for a couple hours"
It looks terrifying, both the guitar and the language in the description. I would not want to meet this guy
No, he doesn't say "brand new" or "like new" or all those other qualifiers. Again, he insists it is a "new" guitar and adds "it is not used."
I have never seen ad for a used item in which the seller says it is not used. Of course it's used. It is just so mind-boggling stupid for anybody to write that and for anybody to believe it.
The latest installment... can be yours for a paltry $600.
An Aztec Gold Squier CV strat -- but hey, it has a tweed case!
And 'mostly' unplayed.
But... which part?
That price might be high, but only by like $100 - those Anniversary 2014's are rare and climbing in value
