I am assembling a list of songs to play on acoustic by myself. Below is a list I came up with so far. Anyone have any favorites that sound good on one acoustic guitar, with or without singing?

Standard Tuning
The Weight
Layla
Friend of the Devil
Something
Thank You
Wish You Were Here
Norwegian Wood
Simple Man
12 Bar Blues
Yesterday

Open E
She Walks with Angels

Drop D
Harvest Moon

12 bar blues, keep practicing it and it will help you to become proficient in playing many, many songs and help your finger dexterity.
I feel the same way about Travis picking. Just a couple of patterns really help to make songs that I've been playing for years, with a flat pick, sound so much better. Just coordination and speed, so I'm doing my best to practice three times a day, twice a day when work is busy.

I always like Neil Young songs from Harvest and After The Gold Rush, and songs from CSN's first album and CSNY Deja Vu. Also, songs from Dave Mason's first album Alone Together, and some Steve Winwood tunes, like 40,000 Headman. Also, some earlier Beatles, like It's Only Love, I've Just Seen a Face, and Hey, You've Got To Hide Your Love Away.
