Hall of Fame ball player, another great lost this year. I remember Joe Morgan back to his days in Houston, before the Big Red Machine.

Announcing for ESPN he was technically very knowledgeable of the game. He could say a player / coach / team sucked and make everyone feel good about it.

    RIP Joe Morgan

Dayum. They're dropping like flies here lately. I remember his elbow while batting. RIP Joe!

I loved listening to him break down a game. Got to hear him a lot as a Giants / A's fan.

Will miss him calling the games. He was someone who truly loved the game.
