I got my magnets today so I opened up a pair of old Epi pickups I had lying around and removed the coils to find one is A5 and the other ceramic. I have to make shims for the ceramic ones because their magnets are wider than Alnico ones. They are put together now and the SG is almost ready to accept them.
    Stay tuned.

I took a reading and the neck pickup is 8.5 k and the bridge is 12.7 k.
