By this time Wednesday morning I will be headed to the Surgical Hospital. Getting my worn out old right knee replaced with something called Cobalt Chrome Molybdenum. Just like my left knee...Oh Boy, can't wait for that. Therapy, learning to walk again, takes about 8 weeks, so by late July I should be back to work at the shop. I did not get it completed but got far enough so as to get most of the carpet down and work area done. PA is hooked up and all the guitar/bass stuff is in place and I managed to squeeze out a couple of demos...
I have so much to do but will be on my back a lot till then.....Stay Tuned friends.

I know it is a little dark but that is an easy fix....Bear with me.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. My mother-in-law had her's replaced right before the lockdown. She lived with us for 3 months so I know a bit of what's ahead.

I hope the surgery goes as planned and you recover quickly, Mark. Don't worry about it... that doesn't increase your chances for a good outcome anyway. :) When you start to dwell on it, start planning your next guitar project instead.

Congrats Mark. You'll have a matching pair of knees. The 2nd one will cancel the hum from the first. :)

Good luck with the surgery, Mark. I hope you have a full and quick recovery. We all wish you the best, please keep us updated as you can.

The silver lining is at least you know what to expect having been through this before. You can do it again, my friend. Once you’re through it, you’ll have better knees than anyone here!
