This one is an early 70’s Ovation Balladeer, there was a Music store that was closing for good and it was headed to the dumpster because it had two cracks on the top. Free guitar:)

Skipped last week because it was my first week on a new jobsite but I'm back with what I would have posted last week.

I got this guitar for myself for Valentine's 2019, because why not. I had just started tinkering with my Squiers and instead of buying a more expensive guitar, I took the advice of people here and grabbed one of the last (2018) Chinese CV 50's Telecasters.

I wanted to post this last week because I've now owned this guitar for a year and she's just as pretty as the day I brought her home. What's nice is I also just finished paying my last payment on my Player Strat on the 15th. What a year for guitars!

I like collecting books. I'm not sure it's possible to have too many!

This is my The Loar LH-300 modified with a Lollar Charlie Christian pickup. The 300 originally had no pickup.

That is about the same sunburst that is on my '74 Balladeer 12 string.

I'd like to introduce Brown Betty to everyone. She just came off the build table this afternoon. This is my "new" Tele from my Homemade Tele Part 2 thread.
