Rosewood with the bright white body

    And black pickguard

Maple needs some "aging"- looks better with more of an ivory tone

  2. I have seven Strats with white bodies (in varying shades) and only one has a maple fretboard, my Metallic pearl Deluxe.
I like 'em either way and that wasn't a voting option, but I'd leave the original RW neck on. You can't go wrong … it's a Stratocaster! ;)

I agree. This neck does have a nice aged color that looks pretty good with the bright white. It is about 30 years old.

I love a maple fret board...on darker guit fiddles. I suppose I am a fan of contrast, go figure. White & rosewood.

This is a pretty attractive board but the Korean neck seems to be of overall better quality.

SE neck's got a dent in the 18th fret.....that would make me want to use the 80s Korean......

MAPLE is my vote. SE body here with a MIM neck. Perfect match.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to see the obvious solution.....

You buy one more white strat with a maple neck and one more red strat with a rosewood neck. D'uh!

My vote is maple. I have 3 fenders with maple. A white Strat with maple neck and mint green guard to me is perfection ( other than shell pink!)

They both look good. I love Maple or Rosewood. I voted for Maple on this one.

Nice. What lipsticks did you put in it? Looks like a MIM bridge, which I put in mine.

I can't vote. I'm confused. I've been having this debate with myself for a long time...
Probably the only reason I don't have a white strat yet.
