A def leppard black star 3 - I won’t buy it though as I’m sure it’s too expensive for what it is and I only probably like it for the grille cloth

A Yamaha thr 5/10/10x - wont buy it as I already sold my thr5 but now realise it would have been cool for summer with the battery/portability plus I love the way it lights up like a toaster oven and the X version sounds amazing. I can’t justify spending more than £100 on a tiny portable amp and even that seems a lot seeing as I practice a lot with my katana 50 with phones or my boss gt1 with phones. Still end up checking them out though.

The Squier pearl white contemporary HH maple fingerboard strat arrives tomorrow

More time to play and finish some guitar projects. As for gear, I’ll know it when I see it. :)

I want a purple S series. Have for years or the purple RG they had made. An S would be awesome though.

    My short list is:
Another First Act (or sell the one I have)

Blue electric of any kind to give my brother (may repaint the first act I have for that)

    Hardshell case for a dreadnought

Some short-medium length instrument cables from Covenant Cables

Maybe some tuning machines for an old parlor guitar I have (but I'm debating on just using a more modern set I already have, but I don't know if I want to ream holes on a 60s SR (silvertone/sears/whatever)

The thing I'm GASn for most is whatever part will fix my poor 1974 Champ.

I just sold my Squier VM Jaguar on CL for $300, so there's room in the stable for another offset. I'm just not sure whether I want another Jag or a Mustang or a Gretsch. And whether to go Squier or Fender f I decide on a Jag or Mustang. If it's a Gretsch, it'll have to be an Electromatic, 'cause the Japanese ones are $2500 and up!

I was hedging on a Firefly Thinline Tele, but as I discovered, they are narrow, and thin at the nut... I like me some chunky- ness there... so it’s no sale.

    I really want this thing:

    upload_2019-7-2_9-57-8.png

It's a MIM Player Strat with a factory Floyd. I wish it had a maple neck because I love that 50's look. There is another version in Tidepool with a maple neck but I really like the sunburst.

If all goes well this will be the first instrument that I ask a music store to special order for me. My first non-used, non-floor model instrument. I'm already dreaming of changing the pickups and knobs to black.

Ok I can post the amp I'm GASn for now. I just ordered a used one. Been wanting a SS amp for daily use and ordered a used Kustom KG100 head for $99.00 off GC used. Has a nice clean channel and a nice dirt channel. Some built in effects also.

Video of some guy playing the same amp.
