    Not everyone here will be interested in this but for those that are, this man is a great teacher..
    I think I've posted this before, and this is intended as an update..
    I can do some of this..Not anywhere near as well as this fine gentleman can..
    Wanna do real Bob Wills?? This is how it's done..

    I worked with two different players that used this method..One of them was old school western swing..That's where I was first introduced to it..
    The other was more jazz and didn't use a pick..I hired him instead of a bass..Worked very well for the music we were playing at the time..

    Excellent instruction Papa Joe.

    Much of that is familiar as a sound to I expect many of us, but we (certainly I) never really analyzed it as to the what, why and how.
