    I will be on Galveston Island for 4 glorious days. Rental on the beach and fishing rods in tow....See ya Thursday.

    Have a great time. I'm jealous.

    I don't have Columbus Day off. The greedy teachers voted to give back Columbus Day to take an extra day off after Christmas vacation. I'm not happy.

    Wish I had time to get down there (only a little over an hour for me), it would be nice to meet you. And Galveston is one of my wife’s favorite places, so she wouldn’t mind the trip, but just too busy right now. Have a great time. BTW, sending you a PM.

    No big fish to brag about but lots of small drum, croaker, and whiting.
    The Bishops Palace survived 1900 Storm. Most of Galveston did not.
