I may just do it anyway; just because I don't have a CV '60s in my collection.....
I have MF accessory items priced matched at my GC many times.
I would ask them today if you are serious.
just order the new one, free shipping
I would but just put something else on lay-a-way. Must resist.
Free shipping?? OK, I'm sold now.
Squier M-80 Brown. My son has one these in the metallicish blue.......brown ones look sweet. They pop up cheaper but, it's a nice guitar.
I just grabbed a Squier acoustic:
Hard to beat the value. It's a nice guitar. I have it at work and dink around with it when I have some free time.
Fiesta CV love on GC:
Late 90's MIM Squier PBass... Its gonna be like 97' or 98' as it has the later style headstock logo style... Figure 130ish after ship and tax...
Zzzzz... Good price/quality combo...
'70's Classic Vibe Strat on GC for 179.99.
Thats one of the new VM strats with the 70's style headstocks. Their just getting the ID on it wrong...
Thanks for straightening that out Rocco.
I cheated. I flipped 2... Broke one of them up so I could get paid to take the pickups for my woodie E7 Bullet... Had CV50's pups in my other E7 Bullet and wanted higher gain units for the other but didnt wanna pay for them... They like to mess the ID on those up with the standard models which also have the big 70's style headstocks... When they do they sometimes list them at 99.99$... Like 120 to 130 after ship/tax depending on how far away the store is...
Well this one aint cheap... But theres also a lot of money in it as well... 249.99$ list... Around 290 after ship/tax... EMG JX active pups that sell for 190 new... Audere 3 band Jazz Pre-Amp that sells for 90... Hiptshot bridge that sells for 100... So thats 380 bucks worth of parts on a bass that sells for 350 new...
Zzzzz... Vintage Modified 77' Jazz Bass...
That looks like a heck of a deal. Very similar to what I have.
Yea, I was thinkin of flippin it and just puttin it up local at 380, the cost of the parts. Figure id make 90 bucks worth of free guitar spendin money off it for myself. But then I remembered that everytime I try to flip a bass I end up holdin on to it for a long time before someone pops up to buy it... Just a lot more folks buyin guitars then there are basses... Its definatly a good deal tho if someone was thinkin of Jazz bass type stuff. 380 bucks worth of parts on a 350 dollar bass for 290 is a lot of bang for the buck...
I don't know that it's a deal or not, but may be worth a look to someone in the area?
nice deal if your local
