Since yesterdays "black strat" post seemed popular and I'd hate everyone to think my collection was completely biased here are some gratuitous pics-

Nothing of any real value in this post- just pics for fun :)

    White Guitars:

    Awesome collection!

    2 things,
1: I love the Yellow Strat. Looks very familiar! :)

2: You need to head out to GC and buy a couple more maple fretboards. The two you have look lonely:(

What a fantastic collection. In the white guitars picture, what is the model and colour of the one on the far right?.

Well it started as a VN5 Korean- "naturally aged" finish- now has an inexpensive replacement maple neck (I originally robbed the neck for the blue partscaster thinking I needed a "better" body than the "thin plywood" for a decent guitar) It also currently has a VM bridge with GFS brass block and a set of Duncan Designed SC-101's

The "plywood" body is actually one of my most resonant guitars unplugged (though heavy even with the thinner body)

WOW! Love the collection you have! How did you convince your wife (if you're married) to let you have so many guitars? :D:p

I need to show this to my wife. I'm WAY behind you !!!

Then again, I showed my wife a link to a black Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom and asked her if I could have it. She said, "Whatever you want."

I'm not sure what she meant by that ....

  12. I've done things like that Eddie ... thinking it would work. Nope ... backfired. She said "you're all crazy." :(

Not Good Eddie ... Not Good. She may have well said "fine", and we all know what that means.

    Cheers, Barrie.

  13. Most guitar stores don't have that kind of selection. Cheers, Barrie.

I should spend more time playing the guitars than acquiring and tweaking them though-

Out of all of them I realized only three haven't been modified (The Gibson- cost too much to be fun to tear apart although wouldn't mind some new pickups and "normal" wiring, The Epi Tribute Plus already has the upgrades from the factory, and can't think of anything to change on the Iommi SG)

SO ah, @pflug, where's your store located again? I'm sorry, but I just gotta say, DAMN Bro. I'm curious, I myself have , a couple. and I know how nice it is to have enough that you're able to pick out a set each week and always have something different to play each night. But, I guess my question would be, how do you store them all? I only have a measly collection of about 22 with three of them tore down at the moment, and they take up a lot of room. what do you have, like 50. How do you do it man?
