I'll have some pics up in a bit
Here are a couple of pictures of two of my ladies
Left: Cort M520 / Right: Squier Avril Lavigne Signature Telecaster.
Both guitars sound really great - and the Avril Lavigne with one humbucker is the business! Great for blues and rock... it really fooled me!
Here's a shot with my pedalboard. A nice compact and great sounding solution - I'm very pleased with it!
Hallo og velkominn til ST.
Very nice guitars!
Hi and we;come to Squier-Talk.
We love our Squiers but really like any guitar, most especially the inexpensive ones.
Nice looking guitars in the pics and I like the compact pedalboard.
Have loads of fun.
Thank you, @Jim Belaye
I'm very happy with them too.
I gave them a proper setup, filed the nut slots and cleaned the electronics, and they play like butter - no issues!
Hi, and thank you, @jefffam I'm pleased to be here!
Yeah, I totally get that! There's a lot of great guitars out there!
I have a thing for the inexpensive guitars as well, hehe.
Many people will discard them right away, but I've found that by giving them a proper setup, filing the nut and cleaning the electronics, everything can be superb and play great!
I've done many great deals on inexpensive guitars, knowing I could set them up, and have a great guitar afterwards!
I'm super happy with the compact pedalboard - it gives me everything I need, and when I often play smaller venues, it's great to have a little more space
What, no Two Tone ska with that gear?
Greetings and Salutations!
Haha, not the slightest
Thank you, @radiotech
Happy to be here!
Welcome, I love that Cort, it's a beauty!
Mhmh, it's indeed a beauty! That's what I fell for too
Weight is good, neck and fretboard is superb and the pickups are great!
What year was it made and are those the original pickups?
September '05 - from what the headstock says
The pickups are original, yes - they sound great!
There's even a TonePros bridge on there as well - stock from the factory! How about that, huh?!
That's a keeper!
Indeed it is
I got it real cheap a couple of years ago - 75$!!
Might take it out for a little video test, next week, if I get around to do it
Here's another picture of two of my guitars:
The top one is the Tradition T20Q Strat from '99 - an amazing guitar, and the pickups are fantastic!
The bottom one is the Epiphone Les Paul Slash Gold Top Limited Edition from '08.
Both very good guitars, and I truly enjoy playing them!
