It looks nice, but for like 400 you can get a Epiphone G400 pro with coil split. I can't imagine this new Les Paul is as comfortable as the G400. I bet the tones are similar.

Yesssss mate :D:D:D it looks better on the Dawsons guitar store page than the Epiphone site, and that midnight ebony one too :D:D

If only I had more money lol

They look brilliant but I don’t mean to be an Epiphone sales rep hahhahaha :D:D:D:D:D

They are nice guitars, but the price does seem a bit high though.

Ooooh ... don't you go mention the word Epiphone there !
Yes, and this guitar came up a week ago there : http://www.epiphonetalk.com/threads/new-from-epi-dc-pro.3932/

As nice a bunch of people there as here. Go with my blessings. I'm no doctor over there, just BGood.

I’m considering buying an SG400,don’t inow the difference between the SG400, SG400 Pro and the new Limited Edition 1961 SG apart from the finsh. Don’t see why not just go for the SG400 out of that and the SG400 Pro but the new one, the limited edition 1961 version
    They look down on Epiphones?

Wow, never saw that forum, be a cool read, thank you :)

The green and the red versions look really special imo.

That would be putting it mildly ...

G400 has the straight Alnico Classic version humbuckers and is out of production.
G400 Pro has the Alnico Classic PRO 4-wire humbuckers and split coils through push/pull knobs.
1961 Special has P90s and is out of production.
