I picked this up when I swapped an epipone sg special which cost me 30 pounds.
I upgraded this strat with full size pots, shielded cavity, artec hotrail and new gotoh style tuners.
The neck seems to be c shape but the just leaps out.
I loved the natural discolouration of all the white plastics so need to get that new hotrail to look the same...even the tremolo floats an stays in tune
A good find for what really cost me 30 pounds

Nice guitar! The Koreans really knew how to carve a neck-my favorite Squier necks are MIK ones.

Beautiful strat.. i was thinking japanese for some reason..
    Europeans get odd serial numbers..
What a great trade up.. did he happen to mention what he paid?.. being its a squier there is a chance he didnt pay much for it.. sometime you just get lucky and your at the right place,, right time..

He didn't say but the history...the owner of a studio bought it new so it sat in a smokey recording studio for about 25 years hence the yellowing on the plastics.
Love the neck and seems to be really well done.
If I change anything on it...the bridge block as it's a skinny monkey metal affair.
    I own a vintage V6 icon also SSS...real good instrument too IMG_20190430_135759_703.jpg IMG_20190430_135759_703.jpg

Is it a rare colour,I believe it is Maui blue?
The day I swapped the sg for it,the guy sent me a photo and the colour...I was like wow!
If you care to hear it in action... there's a video on our FB band page named songbook duo
