    Hello everyone,

I am hoping one of you lovely people in Squierland can help me.

I recently bought myself another Indonesian Squier Telecaster Standard black and chrome model from ebay.

The previous owner really didn't take care of it and as a result the mirror scratch plate is damaged in several places hence showing the blue backing rather than the mirror finish.
I would like to replace it but can not find one on the internet other than those to fit MiM and USA Telecasters.

So if anyone reading this can tell me where I can buy an 8 hole mirror scratch plate that fits a Squier like the one below without paying a king's ransom I would be very grateful?

    Many thanks

Any of them should fit....you usually have to re-drill at least one hole or so...they never line up 100% right because of body shrinkage and swelling ....

This one should do.....$15.27 US plus shipping...I buy all my parts from here....

They are however closed until after 21st February for Chinese New Year...

I'm in the UK too, there's another on ebay at the moment but the seller wants 250 quid for it and although it's in good nick I think it's too much for a secondhand Squier.

I paid £142 for mine and the dude threw in a Fender gig bag, two genuine Fender straps, and a pair of Ernie Ball strap locks on one of them so I got a real bargain with it.
He even sorted out delivery so it would arrive while the Wife was out and saved me getting it in the neck.... The man's a hero.

I just read the last few posts to mrs_j.....
She's shaking her head muttering something about banning me from something or other. I stopped listening if I'm honest!!!
