Here are another couple leather straps I got through making for some forum members.
Wow, Bodean.....those are real purty!!!!!!....I really dig the "Crossroads" model....I'd sell my....well, maybe not......
Very nice, they look great.
Yes that crossroads one is outstanding! So talented.
Yep,, the crossroads is wicked.. I take it the lightning bolt was for somebody that was from south carolina,, transplanted into the keystone.. also pretty cool...
Great looking straps.
Great looking wares my friend! Only the hand can create, machines can only replicate.
You would be correct. A former SC high school football coach that went back to PA.
The crossroads strap is for a member in Cali. He made himself a black Gilmour strat. So it would go with his guitar I added the Gilmour strap lacing.
Thanks for all the kind words.
Also about the crossroads strap, I had to crowd the design more than I wanted to. Because of the short distance of this persons strap on the front. The more strap one has showing on the front side the more room I have to work in a design. I think I only had 12 inches on this one from strap button to where the shoulder starts to get it in.
I dig the SC one. Moving there in a couple years.
How about one with a take off of Springsteen's pickguard?
That would be cool.
Are you wanting one made?
Pm me some details
yup that there's a wonderful piece ah work. the Cross roads guitar strap wins it,all around ! and the conceptual continuity is so clear and so elegantly obvious , the tarot cards are beauties ! modestly sinister , just my cup of tea.
I will tonight after work.
I can make more cross roads straps if anyone is interested. PM me.
They're cool. If I was on your side of the Atlantic I'd go for that. There's a couple of ideas I have for custom straps. There's one or two makers here in NE England, so I might see about having something made.
Just wanted to post a few more pictures of straps i have done. Each one is an idea that a member came to me with, and I drew it up and found a way to relay it on leather.
