Is this 1976 Fender Stratocaster worth the price?

    its amazing how much these go for, when I first started taking lessons in 1983, we could have bought one of these (a hardtail, but in white, with an all maple neck) but my dad really freaked out that it cost $300...

    Meanwhile I'm paying close to $300 for used Squiers... how times and prices have changed... Although everything was cheaper back then. I'm sure with inflation, that 300 would be a lot more by todays standards.

    As others have said, I wouldn’t. Seems like he’s trying to get stupid amounts of money from you for something that isn’t worth that much. The bridge, it put me off straight away. Now I don’t know the currency in Chile but seems a very bad deal to me

    Nothing screams more 70's like brown painted wood with black plastics, that looks like a piece of furniture my grandmother would make a crochet napkin to put on top... :D
