This one is actually from October 30, 2018, but I just came across it while looking for another photo.
Stains of dead maple leaves on the concrete sidewalk, after they dry up and blow away. Somehow they remind me of those "shadows" of A-bomb victims in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

    This a two-parter.
Josée Caron, rocking out with her Gibson Doubleneck:

Gibson Doubleneck (not Josée) goes crowdsurfing:

It's that intimate kind of music festival ("Sappyfest"), where the performers can trust the audience.

  8. Well … it's happened again.
I think I have it figured out. Both times it has rained during the day then clearing overnight, which drops the temperature enough to produce a light freeze on my truck.

This one reminds me of palm fronds.

This pattern formed on the windshield.

I caught these just prior to them melting.

Its a wonder to see what nature 'just makes.' Crystal patterns and the like.

    Nice to see them.
Nice that you both see 'em and share! :)

    Crappie fishing is coming...
Beautiful day today with temps in the high 40s. We went for our first road trip of the year to Hells Canyon Idaho. Didn't see any Deer or Elk but we ran across this beautiful dude...

  17. What do those RC's typically cost? Curios is all. Ever lose one over a cliff or into a crevasse?

Base price is reasonable but mods can be spendy and its guaranteed to break parts. I paid $199 for the blue one but its highly modded with about $200 in extra parts. The yellow Jeep is the wife's and I paid $159 for it and has about $100 in extra parts. Our other cars which are called bashers are even more spendy because you really can break parts because they can go pretty fast. I am building a complete competition crawler right now and am going to join a club. Best way to exercise as far as I'm concerned. You have to follow those lil chits lol...:D
I lost a mirror today as a matter of fact because I rolled it down a steep rocky incline. As you can see in the pics, it was pretty rocky but a great place for it...
